Our client’s Mediaroom  team is looking for an expert level  C#  Developer  to join them on their journey to excite customers by bringing them an amazing premium entertainment service.  They are  one of the world’s leaders in connected homes and delivering the next generation of TV experiences across mobile and home devices and are building one of the most exciting, next generation television platforms for consumers. This TV premium service around hardware and software that keeps people entertained 24/7 around the world. Their  goal is to connect consumers “whatever and whenever” they want with consumer content at-home, on the Web, on tablets and mobile phones- anywhere.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of developers to work on development  of an existing test  reporting framework for  TV solutions.
  • Work across multiple disciplines in an agile development environment
  • Build reporting framework using  C# and SQL
  • Build a framework, handle bug fixes and enhancement requests
  • Participate in code design meetings

Technical Skills

  • Hands on experience in development and bug fixing in C# and SQL
  • Seasoned  C# development experience – expertise in development versus just using the tools
  • A Plus: SQL development experience a plus
  • Strong experience with Agile development
  • Strong analytical and disciplined engineering skills
  • Automation framework experience
  • Coding experience particularly in C#
  • Knowledge of test and tool development methodology
  • Passion about and high quality features and end-to-end scenarios
  • Strong experience with Agile development
  • Excellent communicator
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent
