Overview
Our client’s Mediaroom Team is looking for smart engineers to join us on our journey to excite our customers by bringing them an amazing premium entertainment TV and media service. Our team is growing rapidly and we need engineers to work on the audio/ video stack. As part of the Mediaroom Team you will build a service around hardware and software that keeps people entertained 24/7 around the world.
If you are passionate about the entertainment space, excited about embedded development, and the TV and general audio/video media consumer space and enjoy working on products that haven’t been done or built before and ready to see your work pop up in the living rooms all over the world, then please respond.
Responsibilities
· You will develop new Audio Video features, integrate new hardware components into the system, and fix some really tricky bugs.
· Manage Audio Video pipeline for IPTV set top boxes
· Work with Audio Video pipeline including
o DRM
o Smooth streaming
o Network transport protocals
Requirements
· Strong practical development skills in C/C++
· Embedded development in Win CE or Linux
· Low-level performance optimization on embedded systems
· Experience Audio Video pipeline design and debugging
· Experience working with low level hardware abstraction layer work
· Performance analysis background (optional)
· BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience) |
